Cancellation
1. Customers have the flexibility to cancel their orders before they are dispatched, but once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer an option.
2. The cancellation time frame varies depending on the product category, and once the specified time has passed, the order cannot be canceled.
3. In certain situations, customers may incur a cancellation fee if they attempt to cancel the order after the specified time frame.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Exception
The following items cannot be returned:
- Non warranty product

Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- In case of warranty items, the customer must be write date on the item(s) by own hand-writing by a permanent marker pen within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds
We at JK LED AND LIGHTING commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request with in 3-4 working days.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that JK LED AND LIGHTING is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
JK LED AND LIGHTING is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
